最近ご飯を食べに行くとちょいちょい出てくる植物。
表面に、水滴が凍った様なぶつぶつがあります。
なんだちみは！！！
というワケで、調べてみました。
●アイスプラントという名前
●南アフリカらへんが原産
●表面はしゃり 中はとろっ
●多肉植物(？) …サボテン系か？
●塩水で栽培の為ほどよい塩味
だそうです。
しょりしょりしていて食感良し。
ちなみに今の所生食でしか提供されてません。
